Vegetable muffins with mushrooms
Suggest you try a very tasty and unusual dish of vegetables and mushrooms. Made in the form of muffins, this dish can be prepared at Breakfast and at lunch or dinner. Very hearty, tasty and unusual. Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Beetroot leaves

    1 coup

  • Green beans

    2 handful

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    6 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tsp

The stalks beet leaves and green beans finely chopped, carrots cut into small cubes, and beet leaves to break up.

In a frying pan ( my frying pan-VOG ) to put out the stalks of beets, carrots and green beans in vegetable oil. Approximately 20-25 minutes.
