Baked apples with salted caramel
As you know, eve tempted Adam with an Apple. I suggest You make baked apples stuffed with nuts and covered with salted caramel. A great treat for the holiday dessert! The combination of sweet and salty - just an explosion of taste. In General, these apples - a real temptation!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    120 g

  • Almonds

    70 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Quail egg

    2 piece

  • Brown sugar

    1 cup

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Apple

    4 piece

From apples to remove the core.

For the filling, grind the almonds.

Add the vanilla sugar and soft cheese.

Add the quail eggs.

Mix well.

Fill apples with the received mass. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-30 minutes until soft apples.

While apples bake, prepare the caramel: melt the sugar with 2 tbsp water. Cook over very low heat for 10 minutes.

Add the chopped butter.

Remove from the heat. Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce. I use sweet soy sauce TM Cccamp. It is perfect for desserts.

Add the cream. Mix well. The caramel is ready.
