Cubes of cod in buckwheat batter
Due to the unusual breading, cubes of cod are extremely crisp. They were happy to eat for Breakfast both adults and children. Very quick and tasty.

Ingredients

  • Cod

    500 g

  • Cereals buckwheat

    100 g

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Fish fillets wash, dry, cut into large rectangular slices.

Season with salt and pepper.

Protein lightly beat with a fork.

Buckwheat flakes to put in the plate. I took the flakes of TM Mistral.

Each piece dipped in protein, roll in the cereal.
