Description
I really like this version of the soup and is much tastier than in the Soviet student cafeteria. Spicy, aromatic, hearty and tasty dish. If You don't like sausages, then cook with mushrooms, too, will be delicious.

Cooking
Sausage cut into slices. In a deep frying pan, heat olive oil, fry the sausages until Golden brown. Onions finely chop, add to sausage, cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Celery finely chopped, carrots grate on a grater or cut into sticks. Add to pan, cook 5 minutes. Season with salt, add all the spices.
Add the tomato paste, mix well.
Shred cabbage into strips. Put in sauce pan, stir, add water, bring to boil, reduce the heat, simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
