Skewers fish with vegetables
Offer to cook a meal tonight in the Oriental style. And help us in this soy sauce Kikkoman.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    250 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Fish cut into thin strips.

Marinate it in 2 tbsp of soy sauce for 30-40 minutes.

Carrot, pepper and onion cut into long wedges. Finely chop the garlic.

Fry in 1 tbsp of hot vegetable oil, garlic and ginger for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the onion, carrot and pepper and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.

Then add sugar, vinegar and soy sauce, fry 2 minutes

Fish strung on skewers.

Fry on high heat in 1 tbsp oil for 4 minutes on each side.
