Description
The unusual combination of chocolate with vanilla pudding, and under it a piece of Apple... the First time I made pudding from a bag - the process was interesting - white powder turned a yellowish mass with a pleasant vanilla aroma, which thickens as stirring.

Cooking
The products that we need+milk. For the test I took half the food and for pudding a whole. Apples 400 grams
Grate dark chocolate (I "sawed" with a knife)
Mix 150 grams of melted butter with sugar, vanilla
Whip at high speed until a homogeneous cream
Gradually, one by one add eggs and continue whisking
Sifted flour mixed with baking powder and grated chocolate
Mix flour with egg and cream mixture.
Spread the dough on a lightly greased Rast. oil form with high sides (size 25*15)
Peeled and chopped apples (I cut bigger, that would be apples felt) spread on the dough, lightly pressing and send in a preheated 180 ° C oven. I must say that the dough is tight enough, you'd probably put less flour.
When the dough with the apples baked, take out and let cool. At this time, prepare the pudding as directed on package (I did it the first time and was so fascinated by the process that I forgot to photograph) Then, in the hot pudding add the remaining oil. But I added 250 grams and 90, as it seemed to me that 250gr. will be too much.
Ready cooled pudding put on the dough with the apples and put into the fridge for 2 hours. Then pour cooled pudding with melted chocolate. For me, the process went somehow wrong (chocolate was Komsomolka and didn't want to spread) so I didn't photograph.
Then send the cakes back into the fridge for 30 minutes. To cut them you need a hot knife.
As the chocolate filling won't be too pretty, I sprinkled powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon. Turned out to be very good.
