Rabbit baked in the oven
For this recipe the rabbit comes out tender and delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • Rabbit

    650 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    10 tooth

  • Thyme

  • Rosemary

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

We need fresh meat rabbit. It must be pickled in soy sauce Kikoman 3 tbsp and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Then put it in a ovenproof form, greased. Clean from the top of the skin the onion and cut it into two parts. Garlic wash, peel but do not remove.

The lemon is to cut off the ends on both sides and cut it in half. Add it to the rabbit.

Pour rabbit meat cream. Season with salt and pepper, add rosemary and thyme. My herbs were dried, but it would be even better if they are fresh.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes or until tender. Serve sprinkled with parsley!!!
