Cooking
In a saucepan mix milk, vegetable oil and sugar and heat over medium heat almost to boiling, but boiling is not permitted. Remove from heat and slightly cooled (check with your finger should not be hot).
Then add the yeast, mix well for about 1 minute.
Mix the flour with salt and baking powder and gradually add, stirring constantly, until until the dough becomes elastic and smooth. The dough should not stick to your hands.
Cover with a clean towel and leave in a warm dry place to "go" for 1 hour. The dough will increase in 2 times. After an hour remove the towel and mix well.
Put the dough in the fridge for 1-2 hours. The finished dough can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
1-2 hours roll out the dough into a rectangle on a surface lightly sprinkled with flour.
Grease with melted butter
Sprinkle with sugar, cardamom and cinnamon
And spread a layer of cranberry sauce.
Then roll the dough into a roll and cut into small pieces.
Form for baking grease with butter and lightly sprinkle with flour.
Lay the rolls side by side. Can be used as a round shape or rectangular. Cover with a towel and put in warm dry place for 20 minutes "to come up."
Bake in preheated to 190C oven for about 15 minutes. They should lightly browned. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
For the glaze add the powdered sugar in the COLD!!! milk, gradually, stirring constantly. It turns out the glaze, similar in consistency to thick yoghurt. Add lemon juice and stir. Optionally, you can add ground coffee or extract (lemon, vanilla, orange or any other).
Pour our buns on top of the frosting and put in refrigerator to harden.
