The chicken liver pate with prunes and nuts
A pie served at Breakfast gives a charge of vivacity for the whole day and uplifting.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Prunes

    5 piece

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Nutmeg

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

Cooking

1. Liver wash, purify. Fry the onion, add the liver and fry quickly until clear juice.

2. Add the cognac and ignite.

3. When alcohol burns out, add salt, spices, cream, prunes. Simmer 10 min.

4. While stewing grind the nuts finely but not to feel.

5. Prepare a paste in a blender, combine with ground nuts. BON APPETIT!
