Cooking
Mix sugar, milk, vegetable oil and egg. Can the whole process of cooking to be done with a whisk, electric mixer not required.
In a separate bowl sift the flour, baking powder and salt, mix well. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and bring mixture to homogeneity.
With cocktail cherries drain the juice. Cherry grind in a blender until small pieces, but not to turn into a puree, or finely chop with a knife.
Add the cherry pieces to the batter and mix well.
Loaf pan to grease with oil, sprinkle with flour and pour the dough there. Bake in a preheated 180*C (350*F) oven for 40-50 minutes. The finished cake to leave in the form minnut 10. As usual readiness check wand.
Place on the grill and fully cool.
For frosting: melt butter slivochnoe. To combine icing sugar (powdered preferably sift), melted butter, juice from cocktail cherries and almond or vanilla extract. Bring mixture to homogeneity that would be no lumps.
Pour the fully cooled cupcake with icing. Wait 5 minutes until the glaze has drained, collect it and again pour the cupcake. To do so several times. Powdered sugar is different, some added starch, so watch the consistency of frosting, you may need to add a little more powder or juice. Frosting consistency should be like thick cream.
