Rolls of lasagna
The unusual presentation of the well-known meals.

Ingredients

  • Lasagna

    12 piece

  • Minced chicken

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Spinach

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Parmesan

    0.5 cup

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Tomato paste

    2 cup

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Take a large pot with salted water and bring water to a boil. Add lasagna sheets and cook until soft. Drain, gently rinse the lasagna with cold water and put on kitchen towels separately from each other.

For the filling, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and fry until transparent. Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add minced chicken and fry until cooked minced meat. Transfer to a large bowl. Add the spinach and sour cream and allow the mixture to cool. Add half of the Parmesan cheese, chilli flakes, nutmeg, salt and pepper.

On each sheet of lasagna to spread 3 heaping tablespoons of the mixture. Then tightly roll into a roll. Continue the same with all the sheets.

Prepare the baking dish, distributing 1/2 of tomato sauce on the bottom of the form. Lay the lasagna rolls seam down.

Distribute the remaining tomato sauce on top, sprinkle with remaining cheese and spinach. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
