Cooking
Boil potatoes in their skins, when boiled with salt, to clean.
To peel, crush with a fork until smooth.
Parsley wash, dry and finely chop. Peel the garlic.
In skillet, heat olive oil, fry it until Golden brown garlic, cut in half. Pull the garlic from the oil.
In hot oil add the potatoes and parsley, using a fork to mash until smooth. Add salt and pepper at this stage.
Smooth the surface to resemble a pie. Add the fire and roast for 10 minutes on one side until Golden brown.
Flip through the plates and place back into the pan. Season with salt and pepper and fry for another 10 minutes.
