Cooking
Boil the rice in salted water. I used the rice "Mistral Kuban". Onions finely chop, fry until Golden brown.
Fish grind in a blender (or mince).
Mix breadcrumbs, melted butter, egg, fried onions. Minced salt, pepper, knead thoroughly and leave in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Eggplant cut into thin slices, soak in salt water and leave for 10 minutes. Rinse, fry until Golden brown in vegetable oil. Put on paper to absorb excess fat.
On foil greased with butter, put the fish mince, flatten it (thickness - approximately 1 cm).
Then put the eggplant slices.
Next, lay out the slices of cucumbers.
Shape into a roll, lifting the edges of the foil when tightening.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
Remove, let cool slightly and cut into portions.
