Zucchini stew
The zucchini brought to Russia in the early 19th century from Turkey and Greece. Today will introduce you to the zucchini in Turkish.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Minced meat

    100 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Pasta pepper

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Dill

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Onions and tomatoes finely chop. Tomatoes can be grated.

Carrots three on a coarse grater. Zucchini cut into large cubes. Pepper cut into thin.

In oil fry onions, add mince. Stir and simmer for about a minute. Salt, pepper.

Add the peppers, carrots. Mix well and continue to simmer for a few minutes.

Now add tomato, tomato paste, pasta from peppers (if any). Fill with water (2,5 stack.).

Then sliced zucchini. Add salt to taste. Leave to stew for 25-30 minutes.

Lay on plates, sprinkle with finely chopped dill. BON APPETIT!!!
