Chocolate cupcakes with jam
Delicious, fast, easy. The cake batter is prepared without a mixer. 40 min - and you have a wonderful, sweet chocolate cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    135 g

  • Cocoa powder

  • Jam

    7 tsp

The dough cooks very quickly - 7 minutes. Therefore, pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees. Sift the flour into a bowl. Mix cocoa, soda and baking powder.

In another bowl mix together: sugar, yogurt, egg and protein, melted butter and melted chocolate (in the microwave or on a steam bath). Everything just stir well with a spoon until smooth.
