Orange-honey cake with chocolate icing
Fragrant cupcake with a pronounced orange flavor, tender and moist structure, covered with chocolate icing is delicious!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Orange juice

    125 ml

  • Milk

    125 ml

  • Orange zest

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

Cooking

Squeeze orange juice. To prepare the milk and zest.

Beat butter with sugar and vanilla incandescent, still whisking, to enter the eggs one by one.

Add zest and honey and whisk.
