Berek with minced meat
So I finally did your favorite Berek. For a hearty Breakfast. But at any time of the day so the baking will come in handy.

Ingredients

  • Phyllo dough

    3 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Pepper green

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    130 g

Cut the onion. Fry in vegetable oil.

Also cut the pepper. Add to the onions. Mix well.

Then add the mince. Salt, well pepper, add 1-2 pinches of sugar. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

After a little cool. Wipe the pan with vegetable oil. The dough is put on a baking tray, slightly brush with milk. Spread part of the filling.

The edges of the dough are folded to the inside. Close the second layer of dough. Then again the filling, again the dough.
