Potato waffles
I remembered the recipe, as it is impossible by the way, which was relevant in the dashing 90's, when the fridge was only mayonnaise and margarine, and to survive most of us helped harvest from the garden, the benefit that the potatoes in those years were fruitful. Of baking was dominated by cakes and biscuits, carrots etc potato wafers was relevant. But with mayonnaise "Maheev" they are even tastier.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Margarine

    90 g

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Perhaps it would be better to boil the potatoes and immediately mash into a puree, but I had already cooled potatoes. Potatoes RUB on a small grater. Add it to ground, add 1 tbsp flour and mix thoroughly. The dough is ready, begin to bake.
