Baked pears
"Baked Pears" In Charleston (South Carolina) boil famous all over North America pear jam (pear chips) of peeled and chopped pears and lemons - it is very often served with ice cream. But Fritz prefers pears to bake... And if after baking, still hot pears sprinkle with grated cheese, you will very original, tasty and interesting dish.

Ingredients

  • Sweet white wine

    85 ml

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

Cooking

Pear to wash with hot water.
