Gelato shokolato
Gelato in Italian means "frozen". It is an Italian frozen dessert made from cow's milk and sugar with the addition of any ingredients: fresh fruit, berries, chocolate and nuts . My Gelato with a strong chocolate flavor and smooth creamy texture!

Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    8 piece

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Cocoa powder

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

Separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins are put away in the fridge, we don't need them half the sugar and vanilla sugar, pour in the egg yolks. Beat with a mixer at low speed until the sugar is dissolved.

Pour into a saucepan cream, milk, pour the second half of the sugar and put in a water bath. To boil not to bring! On the surface, you should see bubbles. As soon as bubbles appear, pour in the egg - sugar mixture, stir until smooth.

Cook until thick, stirring constantly. I have it took about 25 minutes. I confess I was afraid that the chocolate color of the future will not get the Gelato, nothing was going through, at some point the mixture began to darken and thicken on the eyes.

Remove the saucepan from the water bath and put in the other with cold water (or ice), stir, cooled. I whipped with a mixer to speed up the process. Then slightly cooled at room temperature, cover with film and put in the fridge for 1.5-2 hours.

Get Gelato from the fridge, beat with a mixer for 3-4 minutes, pour in a mold and put in the freezer for another 2 hours. Whisk the Gelato to give the dessert a delicate, airy creamy texture and prevent ice crystals.

After two hours removed from the refrigerator and whisk again. Gelato has a decent thickened in the freezer, when I became his whipping.

Pour the Gelato into the mold, cover with a film. Make sure that the film does not touch the liquid, and then the finished dessert will turn ugly plaque. Remove the form in the freezer. I removed the night. And in the morning got ready chocolate miracle!
