Cake with yoghurt and sour cream mousse
On the day my son decided to bake a sponge cake, the cakes put the cream of yogurt and sour cream with the addition of strawberry pieces. The cake turned out to be high, very tender and tasty

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Yogurt

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Gelatin

    25 g

Proteins separated from the yolks, whisk the whites in a solid foam

Separately beat the egg yolks with the sugar

In the yolk mass spread the flour with the baking powder and part of proteins, gently stir from the bottom up. Then add the remaining egg whites, stir

Split form (диаметр22 cm) with a parchment, spread the batter and bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 1 hour

Sponge cake cools

For the mousse dissolve gelatin in hot water (a little water 70 ml). Gently introduce a little of the cooled liquid gelatin placed in yoghurt - sour cream mass. Stir everything up

Cut the cake into 3 layers ( pre-prepared baking dish, cover with cling film) put our mousse (2 layers) on the bottom, on top I put more pieces of frozen strawberries to acidity. Cake put in the fridge for 3 hours

Delicately remove the cake from the mould and decorate with chocolate (dark and white chocolate)
