Romantic dinner for cowboy, part three: Dessert of Wild Rice with Raspberries
Finally got to this part: dessert!!! Well, I will say one thing: my husband, son and all the others who now live in the house, said that almost themselves became cowboys because I kept experimenting with rice, but for them the main thing result, and our result turned out delicious!!! As you can see from the photos, the dessert I have muffins with raspberries! Moderately sweet, beautiful, fragrant, and raspberries makes them very tender!!! What I personally like: - muffins can be spread with chocolate (I love Nutela, mmmmmmm) and a Cup of tea or coffee, and milk, cupcakes our missing!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Butter

    115 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.75 tsp

  • Raspberry

    1 cup

  • Nuts

    0.5 cup

Cooking

1. Combine all dry ingredients: flour (white+rice), sugar, baking powder, salt. Mix well.

2. Lightly beat the egg.

3. To dry ingredients add the chopped nuts. Mix well.

4. Melt the butter and cool. To the egg add milk and oil and stir until smooth.

5. To combine the dry ingredients with the egg mixture.

9. In half of the cups I added a little coconut for a change (not sorry).

10. Fill the cups with dough.

11. I have dough left for another 3 cupcakes, and I made them in small ramekins.
