Pie with meat and olives
Very tasty pie with bacon, chicken and olives. And ready just!

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Green olives

    250 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Bacon

    50 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Meat

    400 g

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    0.25 tsp

  • Thyme

    0.25 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    125 ml

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    500 g

Original recipe taken from the magazine "Bon appetit!". Tip: if possible, it is better to buy pre-sliced olives because not one nail was ruined.

Grate cheese, chop onions and garlic, olives cut into circles, the leaves of parsley chopped, bacon, cut into thin strips.

The recipe specifies "chopped meat". I chopped chicken fillet in a food processor.

Fry the onions and garlic in vegetable oil, add meat and with constant stirring to fry it to friability.

Add the olives, parsley, bacon, tomato paste, terlouw lemon zest, thyme. Stir and immediately remove from heat.

Season with salt and pepper, stir and allow to cool.

Beat the eggs with milk, add flour and cheese, mix well.

Roll out the dough and covered them in a baking pan (in my case, frying pan)) to do the skirting in 4 cm tall. Spread the filling and pour the egg mixture Bake for 45 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
