Golden rice with apples and apricots

This recipe surprised me with a combination of onions, garlic and apples with apricots, and combined with cinnamon and saffron turned out delicious dish just came from Oriental fairy-tales of Scheherazade or Aladdin. It is an ancient Persian dish for weddings, was also prepared in the Royal families. How wonderful to plunge into the warm world of the East in the rainy day for the end of November.
