Cooking
A large piece of beef to wash, dry, RUB with salt and pepper
Peel the onion, garlic, carrots and cabbage. Onions cut into 2 parts. 1 half onion cut into rings. Carrots cut into slices. Garlic - cubes.
Cabbage cut into large chunks
A baking sheet with sides, grease with oil, the bottom lay the onions, garlic and parts of carrot (so the meat is not burnt to the bottom)
Beef sprinkle with turmeric, paprika, pepper and put on baking sheet.
Round on all sides cabbage (large cabbage, and Brussels), onions, garlic and carrots.
Salt and pepper the top and put in oven for 1.5 hours at 180 degrees. If it starts to burn on top, cover with foil or parchment for baking.
The finished dish remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Meat impregnated with the juices and becomes very fragrant and delicious. Vegetables ready as a garnish. Your man will love it.
