I found the recipe in the magazine. To this "finds" the liver is not very fond of. And this recipe is super cool! The dish is prepared quickly, the liver does not need to pre-soak it so it was soft.
The liver spread on a well-heated pan WITHOUT oil! Fry for 2-3 minutes. Onion cut (I cut the rings, as my husband does not like onions, so its easier to clean up after) and add to the liver. Simmer for another 2 minutes Then add some butter, sour cream, 1 tablespoon flour, tomato paste, salt, pepper, spices to taste. Simmer 5 min and it's ready!
