Dry mushrooms I soaked in the morning. In the evening washed several times with water. Shredded with a knife. Fry with onions in olive oil. Added dried vegetables and herbs. Instead of salt used salt seasoning.

Cleaned potatoes. Cut it into two parts. The edges of the cut potatoes with a knife. In the middle of the potatoes made a deeper spoon. In each half put the mushroom stuffing.
The halves joined. And wrapped each potato in foil. If the mushrooms a little oil, add in the lower half.
The potatoes on the table served with vegetables that were in the fridge.
Ready potatoes. The filling can be done with fresh or marinated mushrooms.
