A hearty Breakfast or fancy dessert after dinner - you decide. Delicious scones with jam sauce in the egg even agree to become your dinner. The beauty of scones is that they are appropriate at any time of day and year.

Cooking
Take buns. I baked the day before on a favorite recipe (http://www.povareno k.ru/recipes/show/71 656/ "Very tender dough for pies") But can be purchased.
In milk, add sugar and heated (I warmed in the microwave)
Form for baking grease with butter. From buns to take out a little of the crumb, and soak them in warm milk to be soaked (but not havoc). Put the buns into shape.

"Taps" from the rolls is immersed in the milk, cover their buns and put them in a preheated 180*C oven for 15 minutes.
While our scones with jam baked, take the eggs and some of them will beat into a soft mousse.
Add salt to taste and remaining milk (if milk is left, add 50 g). Good mix up.
After 15 minutes take out the muffins from the oven, the smell of hot pastries and jam is already in the kitchen! Fill the buns with jam egg mixture, heat the oven up to 200*C and again send back our buns for 20-25 minutes (until cooked egg sauce).
