The dessert
Try to combine spring colors in one bright dessert, which combines delicate milk pudding, light sour kiwi and jelly, zest walnuts cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • Jelly

    30 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Rice flour

    50 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    5 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    5 Tbsp

  • Kiwi

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

Dilute according to the instructions, jelly (I have kiwi+Apple). 1/2 of jelly pour into bowl (where there's a dessert), another part - in a separate bowl. Wait until hardens in the fridge.

Make the pudding. In a saucepan, pour milk, pour the rice flour, stir with a whisk and put on fire. Add sugar and thoroughly mix. Continue to stir until thick. As starts to boil, add vanilla sugar, then remove from heat again and stir well. Let cool to room temperature.

Finely chop the kiwi. Grind walnuts, add a little cinnamon.

Take out from the refrigerator frozen jelly, spread in a bowl slices of kiwi.

Then half of the walnuts and milk pudding.

Pudding spread the remaining nuts and slices of kiwi.

On top of kiwi with a spoon put the jelly from separate dishes. This layer should be uneven.

Then the remaining pudding. On top decorate with colored sugar and a slice of kiwi.

Put the dessert in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
