Description
Could not think of a name for cupcake, my head was spinning: "Neither word to say nor pen describe", so I decided to give a fabulous name. The cake consists of a very soft and easy to prepare sponge cake, layer of orange cream cheese and cottage cheese.

Cooking
Beat the eggs at room temperature with sugar.
Mix in separate bowl the flour, baking powder and almond flour. Sift through a sieve.
Gently stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, pour the batter into a small baking tray, on baking paper. Baked biscuit quickly: 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven, flip to other side and remove the paper (while it's hot, it's easier to remove). And allow to cool for some time.
Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese and sugar. To miss them all a biscuit.
Then pour into a saucepan the orange juice, add the starch and put it on the fire. Constantly stir! After 15-20 minutes should get a very thick pudding. Be sure to cool.
Divide the sponge cake into an even number of squares (rectangles or hearts - someone like that) and half of them applied to already cooled and solidified jelly. This will be the bottom part of the cupcake.
Collect the cake: the white halves to put on yellow, thinly roll out the marzipan (I bought the right color of yellow), cut out the same size squares and it will be the top layer.
Decorate as desired. I tried first time doing butterfly, which was peeping in this community http://www.povarenok .EN/blog/show/28603/ . Not so beautiful, but I'll try even harder! Cakes to put in the fridge for a couple of hours, I left at night and the morning was celebratory Breakfast!
