Just say - I did half portions. So, let's start. Chocolate grind in a blender into fine crumbs.

Take the dough out of the fridge. It should be divided into 30 parts. I got 15 because I was doing half a serving.
Now each piece to flatten with your fingers or roll out with a rolling pin, it all depends on your imagination. The thickness of the pastry should be about 5 mm.
