Fruit in jelly
Fruit dessert for the lovely ladies with a slight acidity. Bright, vitamin, festive! Optional fruits can be filled with wine, juice.

Ingredients

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Mandarin

    1 piece

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Jelly

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    150 ml

Cooking

Fruit cut into slices. In a pan mix sugar and water, bring to the boil and put there the fruit. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, remove from heat and cool.

Dissolve the jelly according to the instructions. I used 0.5 tutu and orange jelly gooseberries. Fruit jelly you can substitute regular gelatin+juice (orange, tarragon) or use a syrup, which was full of fruit (water, sugar and juice from fruit)

Fruit put layers in the form of half.

First, pour the orange jelly, give it to harden. Then put the remaining fruit and pour jelly of gooseberries.

Allow to cool, place in the refrigerator until fully cured.

Before serving dip the form of jelly for a few seconds in hot water and put fruit in jelly on a flat plate.
