Turkey with mushrooms in cream sauce with curry
This is a continuation of a festive meal. The meat is delicious with a slight curry flavor.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1.5 kg

  • Spices

  • Onion

    8 piece

  • Mushrooms

    800 g

  • Curry

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Cream

    600 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Garlic

Wash the meat and cut into pieces a La carte.

Wash mushrooms, slice.

Mix well the meat with salt and spices.

I always divide onion - 6 pieces - meat and 2 pieces for mushrooms. Add meat to onion, garlic mix and send in the cold for a few hours or, even better, overnight.

Fry mushrooms with onions (onions for me is better cut into half rings and for meat and for mushrooms).

In a skillet heat the butter.

Add the meat and fry until Golden brown.

In a saucepan, pour the water and cream, add a little heat.

Add the meat, mushrooms and curry, give the writing a rolling boil for 20 minutes.

The meat is ready, serve and enjoy!
