Well what can I say about this recipe? Real Royal treat! The first time I made them on the anniversary of her husband. The table disappeared first! Guests ate and licked his fingers, not knowing what they cooked. Many thought that with the addition of mushrooms...but burgers made of minced chicken, eggplant and buckwheat!

Cooking
Eggplant peel, cut into cubes. Boil them in salted water. Water well pump. Cool. Buckwheat pour a glass of water, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid, cook for 15 minutes until cooked, usually boiled buckwheat porridge. Cool.
Cook until eggplant and buckwheat, prepare chicken. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces, add finely chopped onion, salt, Basil, black pepper, sour cream and pressed garlic. Mix well and let marinated until eggplant and porridge cooled.
Add in chicken meat the cooled eggplant.
Also add buckwheat, eggs and flour, mix well.
Fry both sides in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Put minced tablespoon in hot oil, lightly pressing it from above. Fry on medium heat with the lid closed.
Serve as separate dish or with your favourite side dish.
Good burgers, hot or cold! Cook and feast!
