Cooking
Ground beef mixed with finely chopped onions. Boil the rice until 90% cooked, allow to cool and combine with ground beef. Add salt and black pepper. To form balls.
Heat the deep-frying and dip the balls no more than 1 minute.

Put in shape with high rim..
Quick sauce: 2 pachucki tomato paste+ 2 tbsp sugar +1 tsp salt+ dry thyme+dry sage. Pour boiling water, stir.
Pour the meatballs, put in a preheated to 180*C oven for 20 minutes.
While the meatballs are simmered quickly shinkuem salad: cabbage+sour cream+salt +paprika. And airy mashed potatoes with cream.
Take out, spread on plates..
