Chicken breast in beer batter
This recipe is a side dish to the previous one:) Taken as Andrei(abugaisky), a variant of the batter taken from Ella (elladkin).

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Beer

    100 g

  • Flour

    50 g

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Water

    50 g

Cooking

Mix flour, cornstarch, beer, water.. Whisk until obtaining a homogeneous mass, it should be quite thick.

Whipped, put in the fridge for about 30 minutes..

Pre-salted chicken breast, cut and a bit of beats...

Dip in batter, put in a preheated frying, fry until Golden brown..

Looks cool... first time I am doing this batter and I'm a little struck by its texture on the meat, as the fleece blanket. This dense, but at the same time gentle.

B the incision looks good, fillet is not dry that pleases..

Served with fresh vegetables and salad that's it. The taste is interesting as the first and the second. Suggest.
