Vegetable saute
Vegetables presented on the website in many variations, I used to do on their own, a significant difference in my recipe is slightly different preparation and use homemade ketchup instead of tomatoes, if you have it, I recommend to try.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

  • Vegetable oil

  • Greens

  • Salt

Cooking

Eggplant cut into thin circles, salt and leave for 20 minutes approximately.

Drain the separated liquid from the eggplant, and breaded each ring in the flour.

And fry both sides until soft.

Spread the eggplant on a plate and in the pan, onion, diced, carrots, grated on a coarse grater and garlic, cut into slices.

While preparing peretarka, part podostyvshimi eggplant cut into large ( such forms taste), and a small portion of finely chop (it forms the consistency of saute).

Almost ready peretarka add the homemade ketchup.

And then add soy sauce.

Put in a pan the chopped eggplant, stir, if desired, add a pinch of sugar, then a few minutes on low heat.
