Description
A hearty appetizer of fried white eggplant and browned chicken. It turns out a real man's snack. Preparing is easy, especially since the chicken breast can be cooked in the pan for 14 minutes.

Cooking
Chicken breast to beat and put in a leaf for roasting.
Fry in a dry pan on each side for 7 minutes.
Put browned meat on a plate and allow to cool.
Eggplant cut into circles.
Fry the slices in sunflower oil until Golden brown.
Fold the eggplant into the dish and allow to cool. Crush the garlic through a press.
Tomato cut into slices. Starting to get a snack. On eggplant put the garlic, then the tomato.
Chicken fillet cut into squares the size of the circles.
To put meat and egg, cut into slices.
Spread out the eggplant with garlic. To taste salt may be added to egg or tomato. Garnish with greens snack and serve.
