Spring rolls with vegetables and fish
Spring Rolls – the spring rolls, the basis of preparation which is rice paper. The filling for these pancakes can be absolutely any, I suggest to try crispy fresh vegetables combined with red fish.

Ingredients

  • Rice paper

    6 piece

  • Fish

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 handful

  • Sesame

    1 handful

Carrots, cucumber, peppers cut into thin strips

Red fish cut into thin strips

Pour warm water into a bowl. Rice paper dip in water for 10-15 seconds, slightly (!) softened a circle of paper to move on a Mat or towel to remove excess moisture

In the middle closer to the bottom edge of the spread of the vegetables and fish. Twist on the type of formation of the stuffed cabbage

A must-have addition to a dish is a sauce based on soy. In Kikkoman soy sauce add sesame seeds and chopped herbs, mix well

Rolls already in this form can be submitted, laid out on a flat dish, at a distance from each other, to separate them among themselves. And you can fry them in hot vegetable oil, then blot on a paper towel so the rolls will gain a delicious crispy crust
