Coffee cookies
Biscuits turns out very tender, just melting in the mouth, with a delicate aroma of brewed coffee. Pastries are perfect for morning Cup of coffee, tea or warm milk. The preparation is very simple, does not take a lot of time and effort, as they say in haste.

Ingredients

  • Raisins

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Instant coffee

    2 tsp

  • Cognac

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

The softened butter vzbit with sugar. Add the brandy, coffee (dissolved in 2 tbsp hot water), mix well.

Add the egg, mix well.

Add the flour, stir, add soda, slaked vinegar.

Grease the baking sheet with butter or margarine, with a spoon put the dough (cookies). Put in a preheated oven at 200*C for 10-15 min.

Biscuits remove from baking sheet, fold and allow to cool.

Melt dark chocolate, white RUB on a small grater. Coat dark chocolate cookies (until the chocolate is not frozen), sprinkle with white (half of the cookie).
