Cream mousse
A delightful and true autumn dessert: cream mousse of pumpkin and almond biscuits "Amaretti". I hope that this light and fluffy cream will not leave anyone indifferent. Luscious dessert for a special evening.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    40 g

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Pumpkin

    350 g

  • Dessert wine

    0.5 cup

  • Cookies

    60 g

You need to clean the pumpkin and cut it into small pieces. Add the pumpkin, sugar, wine and braise for 15-20 minutes until tender.

Meanwhile, mix the egg yolks with the remaining sugar and whip the mixture until creamy and slightly airy consistency. Gradually mix in the flour, stirring well to avoid lumps.

Then gradually add milk.

Heat the cream on low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Preroute the pumpkin and add to the cream. Mix thoroughly.

Biscuits "Amaretti" chop, leaving 4 pieces for decoration. But now armed with imagination... Spread prepared cream mousse in portion glasses, alternating layers.

I used my favorite wine glasses. A little bit of cream, little cookies and cream again...

Chill the dessert for 2 hours.

Before serving, remains to decorate desserts with cookies, whipped cream lovers can safely use them for decoration.
