Pie with prunes
Offer to bake for the evening tea is very tasty and tender cake. The combination of curds and prunes gives the cake a wonderful taste with a barely perceptible acidity.

Ingredients

  • Prunes

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Curd

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Butter

  • Chocolate milk

Cooking

Knead the dough. Eggs, sugar, flour, starch, baking powder and whisk.

Pour the batter into a greased form. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Soak gelatine in a little cold water and then heat until it is completely dissolved (do not boil).
