Squash-carrot fritters
And I have the day off again, which is so rare... And here again I started to invent something.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Black pepper

So, let's start!!! At the most shallow grater to grate 3 carrots.

Then, on the same small grater, grate the zucchini, squeeze the juice (we don't) and add it to our markovochka.

Whisk 2 eggs with salt and pepper.

Put in our grated vegetables, stir. Add finely chopped dill and flour and mix everything again.

On a heated pan pour vegetable oil and a tablespoon put our "dough".

Fry both sides on medium heat until Golden brown!!!

Serve this yummy with sour cream, and can be cold and hot. Although they are cool I have not had time!
