Baked peppers, stuffed avocado with seafood
Very tasty and easy dish! I am very pleased. Capers and herbs give a unique taste and aroma.

Ingredients

  • Paprika sweet

    3 piece

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Squid

    50 g

  • Mozzarella

    125 g

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Capers

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    20 g

  • Oregano

  • Tarragon

  • Basil

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

1. Peppers wash, cut in half, remove the seeds and the stem will leave for beauty. Half to lay cut up on a baking sheet and bake for 20 min at 200 g

2. While baking the peppers, prepare the stuffing. This will defrost the shrimp. Separately boil the tails of the squid,i.e. throw them in boiling water and after boiling, cook for 1 min. (first time caught squid with tails, but no tail:)). Seafood cut in half. The photo is still the whole while.

3. Heat pan with 1 tbsp olive oil. Add the seafood and fry for 1 min.

4. Now cut cubes of cheese and avocado.

5. Prepare greens (cut it), chopped walnuts, capers.

6. Mix avocado, cheese, seafood, nuts, capers and herbs. Add 1-2 tbsp of olive oil. Gently mix and stuffing for the peppers ready!

7. Take out from the oven our pepper and stuff it with the prepared stuffing.

Send stuffed pepper in the oven for 7-10 minutes until cheese poplavets. t 180 gr.
