Juicy chicken livers in 10 minutes
Juicy tender taste of liver like everyone (except my children don't like liver in any form, although I try). The speed of preparation, ease of processing and serving is SUPER cool!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    800 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Spices

    1 pack

  • Green peas

    1 can

Chicken liver chilled rinse, check for freshness (I have it makes the cat).

Put the pan on fire, add vegetable oil for frying. Let it heat up. Roll liver in flour - this step is mandatory, otherwise it will not be so juicy!

Throw the liver into the pan. Cook the tomatoes and onions: cut onion into half rings, tomatoes - large chunks.

Into the pan with the liver spread tomatoes, onion, add spices, salt, minutes of 4 - sour cream. Cover with a lid and stew all together for 8 minutes.

Open the jar of peas, put the liver on a dish. Peas added as a garnish. Somebody LIKES MASHED potatoes! Bon appetit!
