Vegetable pate with waving
The lean Desk and offer to cook here is a vegetable pate with waving. Delicious, nutritious with a spicy note, thanks to the addition of soy sauce TM "Kikkoman".

Ingredients

  • Mash

    70 g

  • Eggplant

    100 g

  • Onion

    50 g

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Water

    250 ml

Cooking

Prepare the products. To prepare the pate I use frozen eggplant from our own blanks (pre-thaw).

Mash washed. Spread in the pan. Add pure water (250 ml). Put the saucepan on the fire and cook until tender. (Time 45-50 minutes).

Chop the vegetables.

In frying pan, pour vegetable oil. Arrange the onion and carrots. Fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add the chopped eggplant. Fry for 3-4 minutes.

Add the chopped garlic and soy sauce. Stir the mass. Cover the pan with a lid and remove from heat. Leave for 5 minutes.

The roasted vegetables added to the cooked beans mash.
