Bruschetta with pumpkin puree and shrimp
Bruschetta with various toppings - the perfect snack for a big party or treats to whip up for came unexpectedly guests! And the combination of pumpkin with seafood will not leave anyone indifferent!

Ingredients

  • Baguette

    1 piece

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Tofu

    50 g

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Rosemary

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Parsley

Cooking

Chop the garlic, the pumpkin cut into small cubes. Prepared vegetables fried in vegetable oil TM "generous gift" for 10-15 minutes. Salt, pepper, season with rosemary. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

Shrimp boil in salted water until tender, cool, clean. Tofu crumble. Spread on pumpkin puree.

Parsley chop, sprinkle with bruschetta. Preheat the oven to 180 deg., bake for 10-15 minutes.
