Warm chicken salad with vegetables
The salad was delicious warm. But cold salad is also delicious.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

  • Potatoes

    750 g

  • Carrots

    565 g

  • Onion

    65 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Dill

    10 g

  • Green onions

    25 g

  • Roots

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    125 ml

  • Seasoning

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Boiled potatoes, carrots cleaned. Onions cleaned and cut all into small cubes. Fry the vegetables separately in a pan in hot oil with salt, roots and pepper. After you put the vegetables in a sieve, to glass oil. Vegetables put in a bowl.
