Pie with pears
Very tasty and simple cake. To prepare it you do not even need a mixer. Another recipe from Dr. Oetker from the "Pie-boy".

Ingredients

  • Pear

    700 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    6 Tbsp

  • Walnut oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

1. Pears cut into slices. Butter, 150 g sugar and lemon juice mix in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for one minute.

2. Immediately pour this sugar ground in a split form with a diameter of 26 cm lined with baking paper and greased.

3. The pears and nuts to spread out in a circle.

4. The flour and baking powder pour into a bowl (which has cover). Add sugar, salt, eggs, milk, peanut and vegetable oil. Cover and shake well for 30 seconds. Open the lid and stir the dough with a spoon.
