Description

Biscuit chocolate
Very simple and quick recipe biscuit. Swiped from mommy's cookbook. The cake is named after her University friend Sony, who cooked it every Sunday.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

Cooking

In a water bath to melt the chocolate. In a bowl, RUB the eggs with sugar, add sour cream, vinegar gashenuyu soda, melted chocolate. Stir. Add the flour. Put the dough in the form (the bottom lay a parchment for baking).

Bake for 20-30 minutes at temperature of 180 degrees. The finished cake to cool (in the baking pan) and cut into two parts. The cake turns out plump and porous it is easily molded into a cake, as it does not disintegrate, and on the palate it is very delicate.

The cakes can be sprinkled (syrup or alcohol), but I have not enough time... So I just missed their sour cream (whip 2 cups. fat sour cream + 5CT.l. powdered sugar). Have done many times without the cream and just with jam - and so the cake went "Bang" :)

From above poured chocolate icing ( http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/55348/ ) and sprinkled with almond flakes. The original cake was chocolate with butter cream and nut filling, but I thought it was boring :)
